We are proud of our competition history and our staff regularly compete in both tarmac and forest events all over the UK. We have rallied a G3 Escort, Sunbeam and Mk1 & 2 Escorts to name a few. We offer a full preparation service from a small fabricated part, machining including CNC in all metals, to a full rally car build.
Out of this engineering background we have developed and manufactured our own range of steering systems specifically for motorsport use. We have pioneered the use of larger diameter heat treated rack bars for increased durability and strength. The pinnacle of our engineering prowess has led us to develop the ultimate Mk2 Escort High ratio steering rack.
This rack is all new including a heat treated cast alloy gearcase, new CDS rack tube, a 24mm rack bar with sintered slipper plate, but with the addition of thicker quick release steering arms that can be replaced in rapid time during an event. This rack includes new crossmember mounts and is supplied with blue polybushes pre-fitted. We also manufacture the industry standard "Gp4" bronze bushed rack and have proven this rack time and time again.
